Be our guest at Inn Ajijic Vacation Rentals. Our first room, The Guest Room, is located on the second level of Inn Ajijic. This spacious room has an A/C split unit with heat, a sitting area with an L-shaped sofa, stone fireplace, whole building water filtration system with softener, luxurious king-sized bed with a hotel-grade mattress and custom bed coverings, a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, hot plate for cooking, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes & glasses.

Good to know

The Guest Room has its own large bathroom with a step-in shower, plenty of closet space & storage, and free Wi-Fi and Netflix. The 3 rooms at Inn Ajijic are located above Go Bistro restaurant. Guests will have access to the common area patio near the rooms. The restaurant is only open for dinner from 6-830pm Tuesday through Saturday. The restaurant is a separate business, and I do not own it. The chef who runs the restaurant lives in an apartment inside the restaurant. So quiet hours are a MUST. I do not live on the property, but I live less than 2 kilometers from Inn Ajijic so I can handle any situation that may arise. This Centro Ajijic neighborhood is close to many shops, restaurants, and is a 3-minute walk to the main Plaza. Also, the local bus station is around the corner. If you have a rental car, on-street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Given the central location of Inn Ajijic, many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Other Details to Note

The Guest Room is located above the kitchen of the Go Bistro restaurant, which is open Tuesday through Saturday from 6-9pm. The exhaust fan for the steak grill will cause vibrations in the Guest Room.

What a wonderful Inn! Queen Suite 1 was more than I expected. Well equipped, would be very comfortable for a longer stay. Harold graciously aĺlowed me to stay in the penthouse suite for my last 2 nights. The view was so well worth the 20+ stairs, and so peaceful. What a way to take in all of Ajijic! Very picturesque. The restaurant and the common areas were such a relaxing place to wind down my trip. Would love to return for a longer stay.

The Host was welcoming and informative. The on-site restaurant was wonderful. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Both the Host and the restaurant owner were exceptionally kind and generous. I give this facility my highest recommendation. There was nothing to dislike about this accommodation.

Beautiful is a great description of our stay. With only 3 units and all very nice with a shared common are full of flowers we really enjoyed our stay there. Will be back.

If you've looked at this place and haven't made your decision, don't hesitate any longer! I really can't say enough about Inn Ajijic. The Inn is clean, private and for being so close to everything it was a peaceful nights rest. And, the bed is AMAZING. The surroundings are beautifully done, and thought out, a very unique place. The restaurant below is tasty and convenient. Great Cafes, bakeries, restaurants, shops and the Malecon are all very walkable. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space provided, lots of thought and care went in to it. Harold offers 3 units in the building, so if one is reserved for the dates you're looking at make sure to check the others out! Any of the 3 would be fantastic. Thanks for the unforgettable accommodations, Harold! We appreciate you and your effort, we will be back.❤️

I loved the location because it was a short walk to the plaza and Malecon but also convenient for taking the bus on the Carretera. I also liked being able to prepare some of my own meals with the microwave, hot plate, and refrigerator. Great for a longer stay! There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

The address of the property is Felipe Angeles 16, at the corner of Marcos Castellanos in Ajijic. The streets in Ajijic are not labeled well. When driving the Carretera (the main highway in Ajijic), look for El Pechugon rosteria. This is Marcos Castellanos, turn right. Go 1 block to Felipe Angeles and turn left. When you see the large mural on the building, you have arrived to Inn Ajijic. The entry door is to the right of the mural. Prior to your arrival, you will receive your front door entry code and room code. If you have a rental car, on-street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Given the central location of Inn Ajijic, many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
