Luxury Escapes with Scenic Lake Views at Inn Ajijic

The room was well appointed. The view from the little balcony was amazing. It was walking distance to stores and restaurants. The stairs to the penthouse are steep. We didn't have difficulty with them, but they would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.

The unit is on a 3rd floor, with a nice break when you reach the patio in the 2nd floor.. it is very nice, clean, beautiful views. Excellent location. Harold is excellent communicating, very responsive, and proactive. I would definitely stay at the Inn again when coming to Ajijic.

We really loved our stay at the penthouse. The view is lovely, the king sized bed is super comfortable and the shower is hot and wonderful. I also used the internet for work and it worked great. I would stay there again if I get the chance.

Nos gustó mucho, muy cerca de la plaza del centro, restaurantes y tiendas, el lugar es muy cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario. A una cuadra de la avenida principal, seguro volvemos a hospedarnos aquí.

Fantastic find in Ajijic! The place was so beautiful and relaxing. It had a magical romantic quality to it and we loved spending evenings on the porch listening to the rain. Harold was a great communicator who offered excellent advice. We look forward to another visit to his place.

Loved my stay & can't wait to come back! The live music from the restaurant downstairs was a bonus. It was great to enjoy from the outdoor living area upstairs & the hours were very civilized.

Harold's place is wonderful! Private, quiet, and beautifully decorated. Spacious, high ceilings, cool during the day, and warm at night, with a great shower. We loved the sounds of the birds chirping in the courtyard, and the soft gentle music from the delicious restaurant downstairs (which closes at 8:30, so zero issues with noise at night!). Harold was a wonderful host - lovely, responsive and accommodating, and made our check-in super easy! The place is centrally located a few blocks from the Plaza Principal, which makes walking to everything a breeze! We loved walking to all restaurants and cafes (including great health food options at Savta and Machimá) and then strolling down to the Malecon (Boardwalk) for evening walks on the lake. Harold also recommended an amazing day-spa, which we enjoyed tremendously! What a perfect, relaxing 10-day getaway from our busy lives! We would highly recommend Harold's place. 5 Stars!

What a gem! From the unit to the collective property it’s such a special place. Beautiful extra touches and the setting with the restaurant and different seating area were great extras. It’s a great location and really walkable to everything the village has to offer. Harold was very responsive and provided clear info on how to access the property. Highly recommend !

This is my second time staying at Harold’s, it’s a very unique place, the rooms are large and comfortable. The penthouse has the most amazing views of the lake and mountains. The location is perfect for walking and exploring the pueblo magico of Ajijjic.
